There are a variety of science experiments and activities that you can participate in this year.  Volcanoes, Earthquakes and Tsunamis
is the only kit needed to complete the science schedules.  The rest of the kits and activities are recommended to add to the
scheduled lessons.  We do recommend you purchase the weather kit if you are short on time.  If you have time, and want to spend
your money elsewhere, we list experiments that you can do to make your own weather station.
This level of science includes an overview of Earth Science, Weather and Astronomy. Our schedules break these topics down into 36
week long topics.  We use a specific "spine" to guide our year of study, and additional readings from books that deepen understanding of
the topics.  These books are broken down into age appropriate levels as note below.  You can use this curriculum with one child or
multiple age groups.
